Example Support Request

Subject: Upload fails with permission error

Environment:
- BC Online version 23.1
- SharePoint Connector version 6.0.0.4109
- Chrome browser

Problem:
When I try to upload a file to a customer's SharePoint folder,
I get "Access Denied" error. This started today.

Steps:
1. Open Customer Card for "Contoso Ltd"
2. In SharePoint FactBox, click Upload
3. Select any file
4. Error: "Access Denied - You don't have permission"

What I've tried:
- Tested connection in SharePoint Setup (works)
- Verified I can access folder in SharePoint directly (works)
- Tried different customer (same error)
- Re-authenticated (no change)

Expected: File should upload
Actual: Error as described
